In one season, ASU Gammage experienced a one-two punch of change in its marketing department - the team responsible for promoting the National Broadway Tours.  Gammage’s Marketing Director was offered a prestigious position in NYC, the Public Relations Director was due to have a baby in 2 months, and their Marketing Manager was leaving her position in 30 days.  ASU Gammage called Audience Magnets for help and within days, we were on site to immediately step in. 

 

Advertising efforts were planned, approved and executed, working with graphic designers to produce all materials.  Ticket sales were monitored and reported to ensure all revenue goals were achieved.  We then moved to take over publicity during the director’s maternity leave, creating all releases, pitching media stories, and coordinating all interviews, appearances and live remotes.  Finally we assisted with transition as the new hires began their positions, shoring up the department for seamless execution of marketing and publicity activities.
